A finalist in the Women’s Small Business Champion Awards, two years running
We’ve been named a finalist in the Champion Legal Services category at the 2026 Australian Women’s Small Business Champion Awards. For Titlespace, a Sydney-based digital conveyancing firm and incorporated legal practice, this is the second year running we’ve reached the finalist stage in the category, following our 2025 finalist recognition in the same award.
It’s a national awards program for women in small business, so the recognition means a lot to us. Not because of the accolade itself, but because of what it points to: the experience we’ve built for people around one of the biggest financial decisions they’ll make.
For most people, buying or selling a home is the largest financial decision they’ll ever make, and the legal side is where the stress tends to concentrate, the fine print of a contract, the searches, the deadlines and the settlement itself. That’s the part we set out to make simpler. Instead of open-ended fees and vague timelines, our clients get a fixed price agreed up front and a clear view of where their matter is at every step. Being recognised in the Champion Legal Services category tells us that focus is resonating with the people who matter most: the clients we look after.
“To be recognised as a finalist two years running tells us we’re building something that resonates. When I started Titlespace in 2019, the goal was simple: make conveyancing something people could actually understand and feel supported through. Since then we’ve grown from a single Sydney practice to serving clients across five states and territories, most recently South Australia and the ACT, and this recognition belongs to the team who show up for clients at what is, for many, the biggest financial moment of their lives.”
— Daniella Muzitano, Founder and Executive Director of Titlespace
We’ll be recognised alongside the other finalists at the National Presentation Evening on Saturday 26 September 2026 at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney.
The way we work hasn’t changed as we’ve grown across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and the ACT. Our pricing is fixed and known up front, so there are no surprise bills at settlement. The experience is digital-first, with online matter tracking that shows you where things are at any time, backed by personal support from our in-house conveyancers and property lawyers. Settlements are completed electronically through PEXA.
Behind the technology is a team of in-house conveyancers and property lawyers who handle each matter personally, rather than passing files between anonymous call centres. That combination is what we think sets the experience apart, the online tracking and PEXA e-settlement keep everything moving, while someone who actually knows your file is only a call or message away whenever a question comes up. Whether you’re a first-home buyer finding your way through the process for the first time or an investor managing your next purchase, the aim is the same: clarity from the first conversation through to the keys in your hand.
There’s another side to the business we’re quietly proud of. Through our #WeGiveBack commitment, a contribution from every property transaction we handle goes toward clean water, education and reforestation programs, both in Australia and overseas. It means every settlement we complete helps fund something beyond the transaction itself, and it’s built into how we operate rather than added on.
Two years as a finalist tells us we’re building the right thing, and we’re grateful to every client who trusted us with their move. If you’re buying or selling and want conveyancing that’s clear from the first conversation, you can get a conveyancing quote or read more about the team on our About page.
