Titlespace is the ultimate mix for Australia’s next homeowner generation.
Titlespace was born in 2019 – the same year that the conveyancing process was legally digitised. That’s right. Titlespace is here to help today’s homeowner generation do property better.
We wanted to help Australians to buy, sell and transfer on their terms. In their best interests. So we’ve digitised the entire conveyancing process with an ultra clear workflow that you can securely manage from your smartphone. We take you step by step through the property process, allowing you to securely sign, upload and check where you’re at – all from the palm of your hand.
Titlespace exists to clean up the property process for buying, selling and transferring — because it doesn’t need to be this messy anymore.
You never need to set foot in our office. Titlespace handles the whole property process remotely through smart digital tools, so you save time and money on legal fees and skip the trips across town. That’s a genuine win-win.
We keep conveyancing and legal expertise in-house, the two skills you need to buy, sell or transfer a home. We’re based in the heart of Sydney’s CBD on Bond Street, but we help buyers and sellers across five states and territories (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and the ACT). Wherever you’re based, Titlespace covers the property process for you, fast. Our team can advise on every migraine-giving detail.

FAQs that we get. A lot.
What is conveyancing?
Conveyancing is the legal process of transferring property ownership from one person to another. It covers reviewing the contract of sale, conducting searches, arranging settlement and registering the transfer of title.
What’s the difference between a lawyer and a conveyancer?
A conveyancer is an expert in property contracts. A lawyer is an expert in property law. You need both to buy, sell or transfer property. Yes, we do both.
Should my offer be accepted before I get the contract of sale reviewed?
Yes. Because unaccepted offers are not yet set in legal stone. Speak to our team when the negotiated price is locked in writing.
How much does conveyancing cost with Titlespace?
We offer transparent fixed fees, so you’ll know our professional fee upfront before engaging us. Government charges and disbursements, including searches, PEXA settlement fees and lodgement fees, are itemised separately and passed on at cost, so there are no surprises.
Should I come into your office to sign anything?
No. Never. Conveyancing done well in 2024 is a completely digitised process. Titlespace lets you securely sign and share all documents from your phone.
Where are you based?
Titlespace works remotely, so you can speak to us online or over the phone from wherever you are. We have local teams across five states and territories (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and the ACT), so we can help you manage every migraine-giving detail of property.
What areas do you cover?
We act for residential and commercial property buyers and sellers across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and the ACT.
Are you licensed, and who handles my matter?
Titlespace is an Australian conveyancing law firm with licensed conveyancers and solicitors on our team, so your matter is handled by qualified professionals from contract through to settlement.
How long does settlement take?
The settlement period is set out in your contract and varies by state and agreement, commonly around six weeks, though it can be shorter or longer. We manage the timeline and keep you updated at each stage.
Do you help first-home buyers?
Yes. We offer a first-home buyer service with fixed fees, contract review and step-by-step guidance, including help understanding any grants or stamp-duty concessions you may be eligible for.
Can you handle SMSF, trust or company purchases?
Yes. We manage the conveyancing for property bought through a self-managed super fund, trust or company structure, working with your accountant or adviser to align with the correct ownership entity.
Do you do commercial conveyancing?
Yes. Alongside residential work, we handle commercial property purchases, sales and transfers, including due diligence and settlement.
Is the process done online?
Our process is digital-first, most steps, including document signing and PEXA e-settlement, are handled electronically for speed and security. Some steps may still require physical documents depending on your matter.
Do I need a conveyancer or a solicitor?
Both can handle a standard property transfer. Because Titlespace is a law firm with licensed conveyancers and solicitors, we can manage straightforward conveyancing and matters with added legal complexity under one roof.
