Titlespace was born in 2019, the same year that the conveyancing process was legally digitised in NSW. That’s right. No more visiting the dusty office of your local conveyancer or lawyer as they drag out meetings to make you feel better about spending thousands on legal fees. Titlespace is here to help today’s homeowner generation do property better.
We wanted to help Australians to buy, sell and transfer on their terms. In their best interests. So we’ve digitised the entire conveyancing process with an ultra clear workflow that you can securely manage from your smartphone. We take you step by step through the property process, allowing you to securely sign, upload and check where you’re at, all from the palm of your hand.
Titlespace exists to clean up the property process for buying, selling and transferring, because it doesn't need to be this messy anymore.
You never need to set foot in our office. Titlespace handles the whole property process remotely through secure digital tools, so you save time and skip the trips across town.
We keep conveyancing and legal expertise in-house, which is what you need to buy, sell or transfer a home. Titlespace is an Australian conveyancing law firm and an incorporated legal practice, with licensed conveyancers and solicitors on our team, so your matter is handled by qualified professionals from contract through to settlement. We’re based on Bond Street in Sydney’s CBD and act for buyers and sellers across NSW, VIC, QLD and the ACT.

Daniella Muzitano
Founder and Executive Director
Daniella Muzitano founded Titlespace in Sydney in 2019 after more than 15 years in property, starting from a belief that property law should be clear, supportive and accessible to everyone. The brief has not changed since: make conveyancing something people can actually understand and feel supported through, without the office visits, the hourly billing and the silence between updates.
She leads the firm's client work day to day, which is why her name appears in most of the reviews below, and she runs the operations that make an online firm feel personal: the same-day callback, the plain-English explanations, the step-by-step workflow you follow from your phone. Under her, what began as a single Sydney practice now acts for clients across NSW, VIC, QLD and the ACT.

Marc Ryckmans
Partner and Legal Practitioner Director
Marc Ryckmans is Titlespace's Partner and Legal Practitioner Director. He has practised for more than 30 years as a multidisciplinary lawyer and is admitted in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia.
As Legal Practitioner Director, Marc is the solicitor responsible for the legal work of the practice. He holds a current NSW practising certificate as a principal of a law practice, Law Society of NSW No. 21372, and was admitted on 28 June 1991.

Walter Silva
Co-founder and Head of Innovation
Walter Silva co-founded Titlespace and designed the business model it still runs on: fixed fees, a fully online process and a client who always knows what happens next. He has spent more than 30 years in technology, legal-tech and digital ventures, including co-founding Predicta, a pioneering Brazilian marketing technology company.
At Titlespace he looks after everything that is not a conveyancing file: the app and the systems behind it, the brand, the content you are reading, and the AI infrastructure that keeps a small team responsive. If the website answered your question before you had to call, that was the plan.

Where are you based, and does it matter?
Titlespace is based at Level 5, 20 Bond Street, Sydney. One team, working from Sydney, acts for buyers, sellers and transferees anywhere in NSW, VIC, QLD and the ACT.

Do I ever need to come into your office or sign on paper?
No office visit, ever. Titlespace lets you securely sign and share every document from your phone, and settlement happens electronically through PEXA, so nobody meets in a room with cheques.
Most matters never touch paper. Occasionally a document still has to exist physically, depending on your matter and your state. If yours does, we will tell you exactly what, why and when.
Should my offer be accepted before I get the contract of sale reviewed?
